Healing from distress and illness can be a perilous journey. Methods such as reflection, meditation and contemplation are well known to shift perspective, slow things down and allow healing. Our hope is to introduce people to the many benefits of contemplative practice using the insights and techniques of the eastern wisdom systems. Unlike other ways of healing, there is a significant amount of research that shows that these methods and practices actually work. We enjoy doing this work and it is our sincere hope that you will enjoy and benefit from a meeting with us. We cannot claim to be an authority of any system or tradition. However, at contemplative, we have spent many decades in the spirit of healing and have extensive experience in helping people mobilize their mind and bodies towards wellness and spaciousness.
